To back up your files and documents safely and effectively is not hard as long as you do not wait until it is too late. By using windows XP, you can be sure to backup your computer in less than 10 minutes. The first step is to have all your files arranged in an order that is easy to find.
Windows XP helps you have own account with your own personal profile, and this makes the process of backing up easier. It has its own backup program, and if you are using the windows XP professional, the backup is almost automatic.
However, windows XP home edition may need some instructions to back it up. Just insert the window XP CD in the drive and double click the CD icon on the computer. On the XP screen, click the ‘perform additional task’, and the ‘browse CD’ too. Finally, double click Ntbackup.msi to activate the backup utility.
